Rice Peruvian-Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 c. water
    2 c. white rice, washed thoroughly
    5 green onions, cut very thin
    8 pieces bacon, fried crisp and cut into fine pieces with scissors
    3 eggs, scrambled dry and cut into small squares
    soy sauce
Preparation
    In deep pot, saute garlic in oil and salt.
    Add water and bring to a boil.
    Add rice and return to a boil.
    Reduce to a simmer, cover and cook 20 minutes or until rice is cooked.
    Mix in onions, bacon and eggs.
    Add a little soy sauce, mix well and serve.
