Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box German chocolate cake mix
    2 sticks margarine, melted
    1 large can evaporated milk
    1 bag caramels
    1 bag chocolate chips (16 oz.)
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix together 2 cups cake mix, 2/3
    cup melted margarine and 2/3 cup milk.
    Spread in 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
