Sweetened Condensed Milk - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. cold water
1 1/4 c. powdered milk
3/4 c. sugar

Preparation

Heat water and milk until steaming.
Add sugar and stir until cool.
Equals 14 ounce can Eagle Brand milk.
