Impossible Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs beaten
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 stick margarine (melted)
    1/2 c. self rising flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 1/2 c. peeled and shredded apples
Preparation
    In a bowl mix, eggs, sugar, vanilla, oleo, flour and milk. Add shredded apples and mix well. Pour into a greased floured 10 inch
    pie pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Lower to 350 and cook another 40 minutes. Serve with cool whip.
