Date Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. dates, pitted and cut up
    1 c. walnuts or pecans, chopped
    3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    pinch of salt
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and pour into greased 9 1/2 x 13 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch pan.
    Pour over this the topping shown below.
    Then bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
