Oven Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef stew meat (not browned)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. red wine
    1 pkg. dried onion soup
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and place in a large covered casserole.
    Bake in slow oven at 250\u00b0 for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
    It makes its own gravy.
    It is good with rice.
