Mom'S Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. water
4 eggs
1 Tbsp. lemon rind
1/2 c. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. butter
1 baked pie shell
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except butter, in pan and cook until smooth.
Add butter.
Pour into baked pie shell.
Serve with Cool Whip topping.
