Mozzarella Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    4 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. water
    4 slices Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
    paprika to garnish
Preparation
    Heat butter in a skillet until melted.
    Break eggs into skillet one at a time, carefully.
    Cook over medium heat until whites are set.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Pour water into a skillet; place slices of cheese over eggs.
    Sprinkle with oregano and paprika.
    Remove from heat.
    Cover; let stand 5 minutes.
    Serve.
