Chicken Or Turkey Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can green chiles, diced
1 large carton sour cream
1/2 c. or more chopped onions
2 c. or more chicken or turkey, cut up
1 pkg. or 2 corn tortillas (soft ones, found in refrigerated section), cut in 1/4 wedges
grated sharp Cheddar and Colby cheese (can also use Monterey Jack)
Preparation

Layer the ingredients in large rectangle baking dish: tortillas, chicken/turkey mixture and grated cheese.
Repeat layers, ending with grated cheese on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
Let sit at least 10 minutes before serving.
Best to bake the night before serving.
