Clam Chowder(Can Do Ahead) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1 garlic clove, chopped
    5 medium potatoes, cubed
    2 c. water
    1 tsp. water
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 (10 oz.) cans clams with juice
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Fry bacon in a heavy skillet until crisp.
    Pour off drippings, leaving enough to saute the onion.
    Add celery, carrots, garlic and potatoes.
    Add two cups of water (more if needed, enough to cover the potatoes), salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and bacon. Cook until potatoes are tender.
