Hummos(Low-Fat - Tahini-Free) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cups cooked chickpeas
1/2 cup plain yogurt
2 cloves garlic
1/3 cup plus splash of fresh squeezed lemon juice
Dash olive oil
Preparation

Puree all ingredients together and spread on plate to serve. Garnish with olive oil, paprika, cumin, minced parsley, and black olives.
Serve with pita bread.
