Fruited Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. chicken, cooked and diced
1 (15 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 c. celery, chopped
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 c. ripe pitted sliced olives
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
2 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
1 c. mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
chow mein noodles (for garnish)
Preparation

Put chicken, pineapple, celery, oranges, olives, peppers and onion in bowl.
Stir together mayonnaise and mustard and pour over all other ingredients and carefully fold until well blended. Cover and chill for several hours.
Just before serving, add the chow mein noodles.
