Sausage Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pork sausage
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk (plus)
salt and pepper to taste
choice of seasonings*
Preparation

Brown sausage in skillet.
Add flour and mix well.
Pour in 1 cup milk, stirring constantly.
Add more milk until desired thickness.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
