Chow Chow - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. chopped cabbage
    1 qt. chopped green tomatoes
    6 large onions, chopped
    6 large chopped green peppers
    4 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1 1/2 tsp. celery seed
    3 Tbsp. white mustard seed
    2 lb. sugar and salt
    vinegar to cover, about 8 c.
Preparation
    Put each vegetable into separate bowl and sprinkle a small amount of salt over each.
    Let stand 4 hours.
    Press juice from each vegtetable and combine together with dry ingredients.
