Claire'S Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless chicken thighs
    4 boneless chicken breasts
    1 stick melted margarine
    Italian bread crumbs
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Dip chicken in melted margarine.
    Mix equal amounts of crumbs and grated cheese; dredge chicken in mixture until evenly coated. Bake at 250\u00b0 for 2 hours or at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Very moist and tender.
