Lo-Cal Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) container cottage cheese
    1 large dill pickle, chopped
    1 Tbsp. salad dressing
    1 tsp. mustard
    3 green onions (tops and all)
    garlic salt to taste
    skim milk for thinning (if desired)
Preparation
    Whip cottage cheese in blender.
    Stir in pickle, salad dressing, onions, garlic salt and milk if desired.
    Serve with raw vegetables or a relish tray.
    Also good with chips.
