Crock-Pot Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. milk
    1 qt. water
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 c. raw rice
    3 eggs
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    3/4 c. raisins
Preparation
    Bring the first 4 ingredients to a boil; pour into preheated crock-pot (high).
    Lower crock-pot to the low setting and let cook for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
    Combine eggs and vanilla.
    Mix dry ingredients together.
    Add to milk and rice mixture and cook another 1/2 hour or longer as needed.
