Six Week Muffin Mix - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. buttermilk
4 eggs, beaten
1 box All-Bran cereal
2 c. boiling water
5 tsp. baking soda
1 c. melted butter
2 c. sugar
5 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Pour boiling water over All-Bran and mix together.
Mix all the rest of the ingredients together in a large bowl.
Store covered in the refrigerator and use as desired.
Batter will
keep for 6 weeks.
Grease muffin cups and bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
