Orange Mandarin Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium can crushed pineapple, drained
1 can Mandarin oranges, drained
1 small can frozen orange juice
2 pkg. jello, dissolved in 3 c. hot water
1 box instant lemon pie filling mix, prepared
1 c. whipped cream
1 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Add pineapple, oranges and orange juice to jello.
Pour into 13 x 8-inch pan.
Chill until firm.
Spread with lemon pie filing. Cover; cool.
Spread whipped cream over top.
Garnish with cheese.
Flavor improves with overnight chilling.
