Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 prepared pie shell (unbaked)
12 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
4 eggs
2 c. heavy cream
dash of salt
dash of pepper
dash of nutmeg
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Preparation

Heat the oven to 425\u00b0.
Beat together the eggs, cream and seasonings.
Layer the pie shell with cheese and bacon.
Pour the egg mixture over this.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Reduce the oven temperature to 300\u00b0.
Bake 40 minutes longer.
Cool slightly before cutting into pie-shaped wedges and serving.
