Crispy Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

6 c. thinly sliced, peeled potatoes
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
1 (4 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese (1 c.)
1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs
Preparation

About 30 minutes before serving, preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
In greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan, toss potatoes and salt together; arrange in even layers.
Drizzle melted butter or margarine over potatoes.
Sprinkle cheese over potatoes and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Bake 20 minutes or until fork-tender.
Makes 10 servings.
