Soft Bread Sticks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. water
    1/2 c. warm water
    1 stick butter
    1/2 c. boiling water
    2 to 2 1/2 c. flour
    coarse salt
Preparation
    Sprinkle yeast\tin very warm water.
    Stir in 1 teaspoon honey. Let stand 10 minutes.
    Mix butter, salt, boiling water and remaining honey in large bowl; cool to lukewarm.
    Beat egg in small
    cup;
    reserve
    one
    tablespoon.
    Stir
    remaining egg into butter
    mixture.
    Stir
    in\tyeast until blended.
    Add two cups flour; gradually
    stir
    in\tenough\tflour
    to make a soft dough. Do not knead.
