Green Cabbage And Egg Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. egg noodles
    5 Tbsp. butter
    2 onions, cut into thin strips
    2 medium large tomatoes, peeled, seeded and diced
    1 1/2 lb. cabbage (approximately), shredded
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. white pepper
Preparation
    Cook noodles in salted, boiling water and drain.
    Melt butter in skillet, add onion and saute.
    Add cabbage, salt and pepper to taste.
    Cook until cabbage is of desired tenderness (approximately 10 minutes).
    Add noodles and tomatoes, toss mixture until extremely hot.
    Serves 6 to 8.
