Hawaiian Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    3 whole chicken breasts, split
    4 chicken legs and thighs (not split)
    salt and pepper
    1 c. fresh orange juice
    2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 can sliced pineapple
    2 fresh papayas, peeled, seeded and sliced
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    In 1/4 cup melted butter, quickly brown the chicken on both sides.
    Place in a single layer in a baking dish.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Brush with remaining butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Meanwhile, combine juices, sugar, soy sauce and cornstarch in a saucepan.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until thick. Stir in fruit.
    Pour sauce over chicken and bake 15 minutes longer, until chicken is tender.
