Holiday Yams - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. sweet potatoes
1 Tbsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. whole sliced pineapple
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. marshmallows
1/2 c. pecans
Preparation

Mix butter, sugar, nutmeg and pecans in skillet.
Cook until it thickens.
After it thickens, put on top of sweet potatoes. Bake until sweet potatoes are done, then add pineapple and marshmallows.
Put in the oven for another 5 minutes.
Serves 5 to 6.
