Hot Chicken Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 slices bread
    butter
    1 1/2 c. chicken, cooked and seasoned
    3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1/4 c. ripe olives, chopped
    1 can mushrooms (optional)
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 can cream of chicken soup (concentrate)
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Butter a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Butter both sides of bread and cut off crusts.
    Place 8 slices of bread in the pan, forming a crust. Combine chicken, eggs, olives, mushrooms and mayonnaise together. Spoon over bread.
    Top with remaining bread.
    Mix soup and sour cream together.
    Pour over bread.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
