Stove Top Quick Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. biscuit mix
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 c. dry milk
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. raisins
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil or melted butter
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Place a large skillet over medium heat (preheat skillet).
    Mix all ingredients.
    Turn into an 8-inch ring mold.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar.
    Cover and bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
    After 15 minutes, slip lid off a little to let steam escape.
