Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. corn bread mix
    1 c. cream-style corn
    1/2 c. grated onion
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. oil
    1 small can jalapeno peppers, chopped (about 1/2 c., optional)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix together corn bread mix, salt and baking powder.
    Beat in eggs, oil and corn; add onion, cheese and peppers.
    Pour into greased 9 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center is clean.
