Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can drained sauerkraut
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. chopped sweet green peppers
1 c. chopped carrots
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. Wesson oil
1/4 c. vinegar
Preparation

Mix sauerkraut and sugar.
Let stand 1 hour or 2.
Mix other ingredients well and add to sauerkraut.
Heat Wesson oil and vinegar.
Pour over the sauerkraut mixture.
