Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground chuck
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
1 pkg. Tater Tots
Preparation

Brown meat, drain and put in bottom of casserole dish.
Layer with chopped onions.
Mix mushroom soup and milk until mixture is creamy.
Pour over onion.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Top with layer of Tater Tots.
Bake, uncovered, 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
