Fried Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 ears corn
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. Crisco
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    After corn is cut from the ears, put in pot with Crisco, on medium heat, stirring to keep from sticking, for ten minutes.
    Add flour; cook for 10 minutes longer, then add water.
    Simmer and season to desired taste for 25 minutes longer.
