Flour Tortillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 scant tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. shortening
    1/2 to 1 c. very hot water
Preparation
    Combine all dry ingredients; cut in shortening.
    Add enough hot water to make dough stick together.
    Shape into biscuit size patties and roll out thin.
    Cook on hot griddle until brown, about 2 minutes on 1 side and 1 minute on the other side.
    Used for burritos:
    Fill with bean dip and cheese or meat filling.
    Roll up and bake until cheese melts (covered).
