Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese *
    1 pkg. frozen spinach, chopped
    3 eggs
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    nutmeg
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook and cool spinach according to package directions.
    Add flour to grated cheese.
    Cook pie shells 10 to 12 minutes.
    Watch to prevent burning.
    Combine milk, eggs, spinach, salt and pepper. Add cheese.
    Put in 2 pastry shells and bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
