Molasses Gingersnaps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Crisco shortening
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. molasses
    4 c. flour
    4 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. ginger
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. cloves
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream shortening, sugar, eggs, and molasses together.
    Set aside.
    Sift together flour, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and salt.
    Mix dry ingredients with creamed mixture.
    Roll into 1-inch balls.
    Roll in sugar placed on waxed paper.
    Place on lightly greased cookie sheets.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
