German Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. white pepper
    2 eggs
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 sweet red pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. tomato paste
    6 large saltine crackers
Preparation
    Crush crackers; mix chopped vegetables with meat and seasoning.
    Stir in tomato paste and eggs.
    Shape into loaf.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serves 8 to 10 people.
