Fat-Free Centerpiece Coleslaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 outside leaves from cabbage
    1/2 head cabbage, shredded
    1 small can pimentos, chopped
    1/3 bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Place the shredded cabbage in a large mixing bowl.
    Pour the juice from the pimentos over the cabbage.
    Chop the pimentos.
    Add remaining ingredients and toss.
    Arrange the cabbage leaves in a large serving bowls.
    Pour the coleslaw in the center of the leaves.
    The salad should have the appearance of a freshly picked head of cabbage with coleslaw in the center.
    Very attractive salad.
