Ravioli Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    1/2 c. onion
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (No. 2) can spinach (water squeezed out)
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. celery
Preparation
    Cook onion, celery and garlic in butter.
    Add beef, pork and all the other ingredients.
    Let stand.
