Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising corn meal
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. ground red pepper
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 c. diced onion
    1 c. creamed corn
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 c. sweet milk
    3 eggs, beaten slightly
    2/3 c. Wesson oil (I use 1/2 c.)
Preparation
    Mix well and
    bake
    in greased pan for 25 to 30 minutes at 425\u00b0.
