Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage
    12 to 15 saltine crackers, crushed
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. or more milk
    pats of margarine
    salt to taste
    dash of pepper
    water to cover cabbage
    cheese slices of choice
Preparation
    Cut up cabbage.
    Add water, salt and cook.
    Cook white sauce of flour, milk, pepper, margarine and some cheese.
    Drain cooked cabbage.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch casserole.
    Add crushed crackers and sauce and mix.
    Top with your favorite cheese.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until done.
