Danish Pastry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/3 c. margarine or butter
2 yeast cakes
1 c. milk
3 eggs
1/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
4 1/2 c. sifted flour
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm milk.
Beat eggs; melt 1/3 cup margarine and add to yeast, along with sugar and salt.
Stir in flour and mix well.
Place in a 9 x 13-inch pan which has been rubbed with shortening.
Chill in refrigerator 1 to 2 hours.
