Low-Fat Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. sugar substitute
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 2/3 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    8 oz. cooked lasagna
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    4 oz. Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. oregano
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Brown and drain the turkey with the onion.
    Add the spices, the tomatoes and paste.
    Simmer.
