Italian Beef - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. beef tip roast
1 pkg. Italian dressing mix
1 jar pepperoncini
Preparation
-
Place roast in crock-pot.
Sprinkle with dressing mix.
Put pepperoncini and the liquid from the jar around the roast.
Cook on low for 12 hours.
Remove pepperoncini.
Shred meat.
Serve on buns or sourdough bread.
