Lemon Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3 heaping Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
2 egg yolks
1 lemon (juice and rind)
2 egg whites
Preparation

Beat egg yolks and add sugar.
Grate rind of lemon into sugar and egg yolk mixture.
Add salt to flour and stir into egg yolk mixture alternately with the milk.
