Brunch Dish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium cooked potatoes, cubed (peels on)
1 medium onion, chopped (or as much as you like)
1 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled (save 1/2)
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 c. mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
1/4 c. sliced black olives
Preparation

Mix all the ingredients, saving black olives and 1/2 of the crumbled bacon.
Put into a 9 x 13-inch glass pan.
Top
with black olives and bacon.
You may want to spray the pan with Pam if you use a metal pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
