Jalapeno Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
3/4 c. jalapeno peppers, sliced thin or chopped
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. evaporated milk
2 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Combine cheese and place in large glass baking pan.
Spread jalapenos on top; set aside.
Mix flour, milk and eggs well.
Pour mixture over top of cheese and peppers.
Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Let cool and cut into squares.
Serves 10 to 12.
