Best Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch cubes
    1 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 c. water
    3 chicken bouillon cubes
    salt to taste
    dash of pepper
    2 1/2 c. milk
    5 Tbsp. butter
    chopped parsley (optional)
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, celery, onion, water, bouillon cubes, salt and pepper in a saucepan; cook over medium heat until vegetables are tender, about 15 minutes.
    (Most of the liquid will be absorbed.)
    Add milk and butter; heat thoroughly.
    Serves 4.
