Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. dried beef
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1 green pepper, chopped (if desired)
Preparation
    Beat eggs, milk, salt and onion powder together.
    Fold in cheese and dried beef.
    Add green pepper, if desired.
    Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 325\u00b0.
