Basic Oven Fried Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fish fillets
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1 c. dry bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
    1/4 c. butter, melted
Preparation
    Combine salt and milk.
    Dip fish in milk, then roll in dry crumbs.
    Place portions in a well-greased baking dish and drizzle with melted butter.
    Place baking dish on top shelf of preheated 500\u00b0 oven and bake 10 to 12 minutes or until portions flake easily when tested with a fork.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
