Garlic Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. potatoes, very thinly sliced and patted dry
2 large cloves garlic, minced finely
butter
salt
pepper
heavy cream
Preparation

In casserole dish, rub sides and bottom with butter.
Layer potatoes, salt, pepper, garlic and butter dots until dish is almost full.
Pour heavy cream over potatoes until almost covered. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
Turn heat up last 10 minutes to 400\u00b0 to brown top.
Serves 6.
