Cheese Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    equal amount grated Cheddar and Jack cheese (about 3/4 c. each)
    chopped green onions
    1 large can enchilada sauce (20 oz.)
    13 corn tortillas
Preparation
    Mix cheese and onions (keep out a little cheese to top enchilada with).
    Next, heat the enchilada sauce.
    Dip the tortillas in sauce to soften.
    Fill with cheese-onions and roll up.
    Place them, seam side down, in a glass baking pan.
    Pour the rest of the enchilada sauce over and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
